Governor Perry wrote a stream of consciousness op-ed piece in yesterday's WSJ. criticizing the Obama administration's decision to not approve the Keystone XL pipeline. The reason why President Obama did not approve it is that Nebraskans were concerned about the pipeline crossing over the Ogalalla Aquifer, and if you bother reading the Wikipedia article you will understand their concerns. Notice that you don't hear much from the GOP about Nebraskans' concerns, or the President's reason for not approving it.
